Viewing the Agenda

From this site, you can access meeting agendas and descriptions of the agenda items by clicking the MEETINGS link in the upper left corner of this page. The most current meeting agenda will open. If back up information is available for an item you may view it by clicking on that item. You may have to scroll down to view all information and/or download any attachments.

As more meetings are posted on the site, clicking the CALENDAR link will allow you to select the current meeting or past meetings that are in the system.

Clicking on individual agenda items will show any additional information on that item.

Printing the Agenda

After navigating to a meeting agenda, the agenda can be printed by going to the upper right corner of the page, and clicking the PRINTABLE VERSION - AGENDA link.

Any individual agenda item can be printed by selecting that item, then clicking the PRINTABLE VERSION link in the upper right corner.  If you wish to include the summary of agenda items in your printout, be sure to check the box labeled "Include Abstracts" when printing.
